These services are provided through Kit Bromley & Company, its relevant subsidiaries, and its affiliated companies. Our approach is all-encompassing and directly and progressively augmentary: competitive intelligence, marketing support, market support, and operational analysis through to fund-raising support. In any case, our clients will be supported by a team that will include Senior Investment Bankers, Venture Capitalists, Strategy Consultants, Intelligence Professionals, and Logistics Specialists as well as leading Technologists. We also use the considerable expertise developed through our own in-house projects and backed ventures.


Our intention is to use our position to bring clients sharing mutual goals together.   • Turnaround & Restructuring: Firms in distress situation or undergoing a restructuring process can rely on Kit Bromley & Company, Inc. to ensure the sustainability of their business models.

  • MBO/MBI/LBO: We can assist our clients with the structure of the funding and other advisory issues for their Management Buy-Outs (MBO), Management Buy-Ins (MBI), Leveraged Buy-Outs (LBO), and other financial deals. We can also help by identifying and bringing a new management for a specific opportunity.

  • Corporate Financial Strategy: Kit Bromley & Company, Inc. is also involved in areas such as strategic analysis, option analysis and other Strategy related work for clients in need of a direction and a vision.
